These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the visionofkiraz.com website and any Vision of Kiraz courses, classes, mentorship, and communication (including WhatsApp). By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, or messaging us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Vision of Kiraz is a Forex Trading Education and Mentorship provider based at J Heights 619, 6th Floor, Nawab Town, Lahore, Pakistan, offering Trading Classes, Physical Classes, Online Classes, 1-to-1 Mentorship, Trading Guidelines, and related educational content.
2. Nature of Our Services — Education Only
Vision of Kiraz is an educational and mentorship service only. We are not a brokerage, investment advisor, fund manager, or financial institution. We do not manage client funds, execute trades on behalf of clients, provide personalized investment advice, or guarantee any profit or trading outcome. Nothing on our website, in our classes, mentorship sessions, or "Premium Signals"/"VisionofKiraz Secret Strategy" content constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older who are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are solely responsible for evaluating whether trading is appropriate for your personal financial situation.
4. Enrollment & Fees
- Course/mentorship fees, batch schedules, and available seats are communicated directly by our team via WhatsApp, call, or in writing before enrollment is confirmed.
- Fees must be paid in full (or per any agreed installment plan) to confirm your seat in a batch or mentorship slot.
- Enrollment fees are non-transferable to a third party unless approved in writing by Vision of Kiraz.
- Refunds: Requests for a refund must be made before your first class/session. Once a class, mentorship session, or digital course material has been accessed, delivered, or attended, the fee for that item becomes non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
5. Premium Signals & Educational Trade Content
Any "Premium Signals," trade examples, or market analysis shared by Vision of Kiraz are provided strictly for educational and practice purposes. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, and are not personalized to your financial circumstances. You are solely responsible for any trading decision you make, whether or not it is based on content we share. Past performance of any strategy, signal, or trade example is not indicative of future results.
6. Trading Guidelines & "Secret Strategy" Content
Our Trading Guidelines and proprietary "VisionofKiraz Secret Strategy" framework are educational teaching material developed for our students. This content is confidential and provided for personal learning use only; it may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with individuals who have not enrolled in our program.
7. Communication Consent
By enrolling or contacting us, you consent to receive communication from Vision of Kiraz via WhatsApp, phone, or email regarding your enrollment, class schedules, and related service updates, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent to promotional messages at any time.
8. User Conduct
When participating in our classes, mentorship, or any community/WhatsApp group associated with Vision of Kiraz, you agree to:
- Engage respectfully with mentors, staff, and fellow students
- Not share confidential course material outside the program
- Not use our platform to promote unrelated products, services, or unregulated investment schemes
- Not engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct
We reserve the right to remove any student from a class, mentorship program, or community group for violating these Terms, without refund of any fees already paid for services already rendered.
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, curriculum content, branding, graphics, and the "VisionofKiraz Secret Strategy" are the intellectual property of Vision of Kiraz. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute this content without our prior written consent.
10. No Guarantee of Results
Trading Forex and other financial instruments carries substantial risk. Vision of Kiraz makes no guarantee, warranty, or promise — express or implied — regarding your trading results, profitability, or success after completing any course or mentorship program. 11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision of Kiraz, its founders, mentors, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including trading losses — arising from your use of our educational content, courses, mentorship, or any decision you make in financial markets.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time by discontinuing communication and enrollment.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
14. Changes to These Terms
